Dr. John T. Zabasky, PhD, President & CEO Dr. Zabasky has been involved in business and systems technology for over fifteen years. He attended the University of Maryland, and received a BA in History in 1989. He later received an MA in Political Economy (1992) from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Pepperdine University in 1995, and a Ph.D. from Belford University in 2004. Dr. Zabasky served as a translator for the First Secretary of the German Embassy in Washington, D. C. from 1989 through 1992. In 1992, Dr. Zabasky founded Venturcorp, an consulting firm dedicated to assisting small businesses with strategic planning and raising capital through Regulation A and SCOR public offerings. From 1998 to 2004, Dr. Zabasky ran SoftEx Inc., a Professional Employer Organization and Employment Staffing company, growing from revenues of just over $300,000 in 1998 to over $150 million by 2004. In 2004, he started Venturcorp International as a private Hedge Fund and has grown the company to revenues of $80+ million in under four years. The company was restructured in 2006 so that the Hedge Fund operates as VenturFund LP, with the General Partner Venturcorp International, Inc. Besides being the head trader for VenturFund LP, Dr. Zabasky also has extensive programming experience and developed the SoftEx Office® software and the "SearchingFor®" network entirely on his own. Dr. Zabasky has an excellent reputation throughout the industry and brings tremendous strength and experience to the enterprise. |

Howard M. Silverstein, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
In 1966, Mr. Silverstein attained a B.S. in Accounting from UCLA followed by an MBA from the University of Utah in 1971. As a former Captain in the USAF, he earned the "Bronze Star" medal for Search and Rescue during the Vietnam conflict. Mr. Silverstein later returned to the United States after teaching and traveling to resume a business career and start his own CPA firm. |
