As the General Partner in all of our funds, we will assist companies funded or acquired
with established incubators which provide management, marketing, technology, and strategic expertise to maintain a strong and
steady growth pattern to increase profitability. We also offer free business analyses, executive coaching, and assessments through , and offer outsourced sales through . Thus, while we leave the day-to-day
management of our portfolio companies to the entrepreneurs and management teams,
we are active board members. We view ourselves as experienced advisors who partner
with companies to ensure continued growth and success. |
| Our investments range from $500,000 to $50 million. It is generally
our objective to be the the first institutional investor, as well as the lead
investor and controlling shareholder. Because the early-stage process depends
intensively upon systems and management, we structure transactions so that we are the
controlling shareholder and can thereby implement the systems, technologies, policies,
and procedures already in place through one of our incubator companies.
This approach fosters near-term profits as well as the greatest long-term growth to
